Linwoods Ground Flax, Sunflower, Sesame Seeds and Goji Berries

I’ve gotten a lot of emails and comments about where to get Linwoods ground flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries, so I added it to my store and put them under ‘Nutrition’.

I get them at a local market (Plum), but since most of you don’t live where I do I thought adding it to my store would be easier for you.

I use it when making smoothies, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, and anything else I can.

There’s fat in it for sure because it’s mostly seeds, but all good fat, and a bunch of iron, B12, omega 3, fiber and protein.
