Store bought Popsicles contain a lot of sugar and usually no protein. These Popsicles have B12, Iron, Protein, Fiber and Calcium and they are delish!
At the time of filming this recipe we only used a few tablespoons of ground seeds and nuts, not I use between a fourth and a half cup and also include about a fourth cup of hemp.
You can put any kind of ground nuts, seeds and fruit. You really can’t go wrong with these.
Ingredients:
1-Cup Strawberries
½ Cup Blueberries.
1 Banana
1 Container So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt
1 Cup Orange Juice
½ Cup water.
¼ Cup Wheat Germ
¼ Cup Ground Flax
1/3 Cup Hemp
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a smoothie, blend, pour in Popsicle molds and eat when frozen.

Yum!! What a tasty popsicle recipe. I can’t wait to try this on my kids. I’ve had the popsicle containers forever and keep forgetting to use them. I like the addition of vegan yogurt to make it creamier. Can’t wait!!

Hi Elizabeth! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! It looks wonderful, and we couldn’t wait to share it with all of our Facebook and twitter fans! What a fun and delicious way for kids to cool off this summer. We’ll be enjoying these with our little ones all summer!
Wow! What a fantastic recipe! I picked up a few popsicle molds from the store the other day and now I know what to use them for! This is fantastic!
Love it. Thanks, Elizabeth. Yum! Only thing I’d add would be some probiotic greens powder. Will have to find that Linwoods stuff – looks great. 🙂
I just added Linwoods to my store under “Nutrition”
